Job Summary

As an Administrative Clerk on our Finance Team, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining organized and efficient financial records.

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and statements within an electronic filing system with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organize invoices for payment and communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status.
  • Collaborate effectively with finance team members and maintain positive working relationships across departments.
  • Monitor the accounts payable email inbox and correspond with vendors to obtain missing invoices and statements.
  • Process and send remittance details to vendors.
  • Assist in special projects and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
