Job Summary
As an Administrative Clerk on our Finance Team, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining organized and efficient financial records.
Job Duties
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and statements within an electronic filing system with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organize invoices for payment and communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status.
- Collaborate effectively with finance team members and maintain positive working relationships across departments.
- Monitor the accounts payable email inbox and correspond with vendors to obtain missing invoices and statements.
- Process and send remittance details to vendors.
- Assist in special projects and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
