Job Description
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases (e.g. project tracking, HR and finance tools)
- Coordinate schedules and resources for internal programmes and training sessions
- Assist with reporting, data checks and preparing presentations for management
- Support HR processes such as onboarding administration and training follow-up
- Handle administrative follow-up for suppliers and internal approvals
- Ensure accurate documentation, filing and archiving (digital and hard copy)
- Take on ad hoc administrative tasks that keep the office and operations running smoothly
- 2+ years of experience in administration, coordination or office support
- Organised, detail-oriented and flexible in handling different priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A strong communicator in English, Dutch (and French)
