What The Role Is
Customer Service Executive - You work in a call centre environment.
What You Will Be Working On- Handle enquiries from the public through the Branch Service Line (HDB’s hotline) with professionalism. The enquiries can be on lease administration, housing maintenance, finance and car park matters.
- Promote, educate and guide callers on the use of HDB’s e-Services
- Provide case‑specific advice and quality customer service to customers over the phone
- Keep abreast with latest policies and procedures so as to provide accurate information to customers
- Resolve customer’s queries effectively and escape problems promptly
- Work as a team to ensure that call centre service KPIs are met
- Any other tasks assigned
- Possess effective telecommunication & strong customer service skills
- Have a passion to deliver customer‑centric service
