Job summary:
The Administrative Executive role encompasses a diverse range of tasks across general administration, event coordination, asset management, and IT application. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties.

Secretarial duties:
- Assist the Managing Director (MD) with daily tasks such as expense claims, meeting room reservations, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.
General Administration:
- Organize and lead recreational events, represent company in Panasonic events, and support policy and conference events.
- Organise and support conference such as manage guest lists, conference notices, setup portals, handle surveys, and coordinate with vendors for conference coordination...
