Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, payroll support, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution matters in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, tripartite guidelines, and company HR policies.
- Support and maintain Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards relating to labour and ethics practices.
- Provide HR advisory support to management on employee matters, disciplinary actions, and workplace compliance.
- Oversee work pass administration, employee documentation, HR records, and HR operational processes.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
