Our client, a real estate developer specialized in high-end residential projects in RAK is looking for an Administrative officer.
The Administrative Officer provides operational and administrative support to real estate development projects and the corporate office. The role involves client documentation, SPA/reservation preparation, project coordination, ERP support, authority submissions, and maintaining professional communication across departments and external.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Office Coordination
- Coordinate with Development Departments
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and meeting minutes
- Prepare and issue Reservation Forms, SPAs (Sales & Purchase Agreements), Addendums, and client correspondence
