Responsibilities
- Collecting, distributing, and tracking of hardcopy mails for the Division; tearing and sorting of GIRO forms for FIN processing.
- Follow-up on returned mails and Lost & Found Cards.
- Processing of U Care Programs and Appeals which includes:
- data entry, verification of supporting documents, assessment of application, follow-up on incomplete applications, direction of forms to union, scanning of hardcopy forms for record purposes.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
