Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of the company's vehicles;
- Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets;
- Responsible for the management of the company's office environment;
- Responsible for Administration (General affair) department expenses management;
- Responsible for the company's business trip planning work and reception work;
- Other work assigned by leaders
Report line: HR&AD manager;
Coordinate team: Sales, market, after-sales, financial and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, English can be used as working language. French language skill is a plus;
- More than 2 years working experience of administration or General affairs;
- Other special requirement: service awareness, high execution force, Driver license;
