Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, workplace maintenance and safety management to maintain a clean, safe and efficient working environment;
- Develop, optimize and implement administrative policies and SOPs to improve operational efficiency;
- Handle procurement of office supplies and festive gifts, manage fixed assets and control operational costs effectively;
- Plan and organise company activities including team bonding, annual dinners, festive events and key client receptions;
- Manage daily admin and employee welfare matters, including travel platform, staff pass & access control, name card printing, staff birthday benefits, custom uniforms and employee health screenings, to improve employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Business Administration, Management, Secretarial or related majors are preferred;
