Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Manage office communications, including emails and mail distribution.
- Maintain office filing systems and manage documents (digital and physical).
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Schedule travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintain and update calendars for executives or departments.
