Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate office and branch facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and manage office equipment, furniture, and other physical assets, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Process utility payments, rental agreements, and lease renewals as required.
- Address and resolve any facility-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of office-related expenditures, contracts, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including documentation, report preparation, and correspondence.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Work Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome or with at least 6 months of experience in handling facility-related concerns effectively.
