Mott MacDonald Singapore is currently looking for a Administrative support officer (site-base full time) to support the document management, control and administration of a large infrastructure project in Singapore. This will be a brilliant opportunity to work within large multi-disciplinary teams in a major project environment, making a tangible impact on our built environment.

• Administrative support to the Site Superintending Office team during project implementation covering all aspects of on site administration including staff welfare, rostering site attendance schedule, coordinating replacement in the event of staff absence due to medical or urgent leave.
• Shall be deployed full time from the commencement of contract to the end of construction anticipated for a duration of 2+ years.
