Job Description
- General administrative support, including but not limited to document management and verification.
- Preparation, packing, and stocktaking of student record dossiers, including physical handling and organisation of files where required.
- Checking and quality control of scanned documents.
- Administrative support for programme admission processes.
- Verification of student records and follow-up on discrepancies where required.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Preferably with prior administrative experiences
- Proficient in MS Office
