What you will be doing
- Reception
- Accounts payable
- Taking deliveries
- Cleaning office
- Document management
- Filing
- Archiving
- Fleet Management - Maintaining Registrations, insurances and maintenance records.
- PA duties when required - calendar organisation, booking appointments etc
What You Need:
- Current Drivers Licence
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficent in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
