Responsibilities
Attend to general administration
- Receive affidavits from client services department
- Register affidavits on investigation register
- Notify responsible Sales Manager on any fraudulent activities in their area
- Obtain policy application forms from system for a particular investigation case
- Update in-house system throughout the process of investigationPrepare refund request form (event of refund recommendation)
- Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
- Create and maintain files and record keeping system
- Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)
