Join Sunwater as an Administrator based in Mareeba, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the local team with travel and accommodation bookings, along with front of house customer interactions. You will also assist with credit card reconciliation and PO requests.
As an Administrator at Sunwater, you will:
- Perform financial activities including processing expense claims, purchase requisitions and corporate card reconciliations, ensuring prudent and efficient spending in accordance with Sunwater’s policies and procedures
- Provide efficient and professional administrative and general support
- Format, prepare and compile reports/proposals in adherence to the Sunwater templates and style guide.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, meeting room bookings, seminars, conferences, workshops, training and catering requests
