Job Description
Responsibilities
- To communicate with Japan HQ management to report daily business outcomes and sales results in Japanese.
- To discuss with Japan HQ administration department for daily HR activities.
- To receive daily instruction from Japan HQ for HR matters.
- To oversee all 5 outlets of Singapore restaurants (Suntec, Novena, Tanjong Pagar, Katong, Pasir Ris) HQ matters and administration matters.
- To interview new candidate for all the outlets staff and recruit them when necessary.
- To communicate with suppliers in Japan with Japanese language to select fish, seafood, vegetables and fruits for the company's needs.
- To train local administration staff to support their daily work.
- To communicate with Japanese Chef to coordinate with local chef and staff for better working environment.
