Job Summary
Quality Administrator will inspect the final product to make sure it has been manufactured with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. Co‑ordinate and assist with Quality manager for various internal and external quality related audits. Testing of various products in lab for batch release. Calibration and handling of day to day quality related issues and resolve them.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct online inspections including pre‑weigh checks, CCP monitoring, and weight verification.
- Perform shift‑wise inspections such as sieve checks, bulk and finished goods analysis, chemical analysis, and magnet monitoring.
- Maintain updated versions of SOPs, PRPs, OPRPs, QDs, and all operational and non‑operational quality records.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non‑conformities.
