Type: Temporary Duties and Responsibilities: Answering switchboard and screening calls Attending to visitors Managing Boardroom appointments and refreshments Acting as the point of contact for HR, Health & Safety, and Accounts Filing and loading documents on Sharepoint Matric qualification required Ability to work in Epping 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role Intermediate skills in Word and Excel Previous experience with Sharepoint is advantageous Immediate availability
