Shipping and Export Administrator
Location: Clevedon
Contract: Ongoing
Pay rate: £16.50 per hour PAYE
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to shipping and export procedures/regulations
- Ensure department ships all systems, upgrades and spares on a daily basis
- Liaise with shippers on a daily basis to ensure they have availability to meet our shipping requirements
- Support with coordinating the calibration process
- In collaboration with dispatch keep track of systems in offsite storage so Customers can be notified what products are waiting
- Flag any cost issues at shipping and chase resolution
- Will need to be Aviation secure - so will need to be able to provide 5 years of references
