Mandarin Oriental is an award-winning hotel group that offers luxurious accommodations worldwide. This position supports the Executive Chef in managing daily culinary operations.
Responsibilities and Duties- Schedule and maintain Executive Chef’s daily meetings and appointments
- Prepare relevant reports and documents for Executive Chef’s daily meetings
- Record minutes for all culinary meetings
- Prepare necessary documents to facilitate colleagues’ movements
- Ensure that daily shifts and leaves are input accurately and timely for department rosters
- Maintain records on coaching and counseling, training, leave balance, purchases, financial reports, work injuries and store requisitions
- Track and follow up on tasks delegated to outlet chefs by the Executive Chef
- Brief new outlet chefs on their administrative duties during induction
