Job Description- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional support
- Process quotation & invoices promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with sales, operations and technical teams for order fulfilment
- Liaise with vendors to procure parts for operations
- Support payment collection activities with sales team
- Resolve problems related to quotations and order processing
- Respond to customer requests and service needs effectively
- Perform other commercial duties as assigned by manager
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification
- 2 years' experience in sales quotation, customer service or commercial support
