Key Accountability (Main purpose of this job): To handle the inquiries, application and onboarding of new students.
Responsibilities (Key areas of responsibilities): Admission Inquiry stage: Handle lead and agent enquiries - telephone (incoming and outgoing), chat, email and face to face. Arrange appointments with prospective families, present CIS programmes, student related policies and procedures and conduct campus tours. Process lead for Open House info sessions - coordinate pre, during and post info registration. Admissions Application stage: Apply for MOE approval for students with Singapore citizenship. Review applications and supporting documents, which includes coordinating with the Admissions Assessment and Compliance Teams, Head of Admissions and/or Vice-Principals/Principals if further assessments are required for admission.
