Overview
The role of the Sales Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure excellence and consistency across our Admissions team. Your primary focus will be the successful onboarding of new Admissions (Sales) Consultants, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to excel from day one. You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and Quality Assurance (QA) of sales calls to ensure compliance, high conversion standards, and a premium customer experience. Using insights gathered from QA work, you will develop and deliver targeted training sessions to close skills gaps. Success in this role is measured by the rapid ramp‑up time of new hires and the measurable improvement in overall call quality and sales performance across the department.
