Job Description:

  • The Senior CJA Developer is responsible for designing and delivering advanced analytics, dashboards, and insights using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to measure and optimize customer journeys.
  • Design data views including metrics, dimensions, and calculated fields
  • Build executive, operational, and journey-level dashboards
  • Enable funnel, cohort, and pathing analysis
  • Translate business questions into actionable analytics and insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
  • 6–9 years of experience in digital analytics or data analysis roles
