  • Aufbau von XDM-Schemas, Datenmodellen, Lookups & Identity Graph
  • Aufsetzen von Sandboxes, Rollenmodellen & User Provisioning

    •  Datenintegration & Profilaufbau

  • Anbindung von CRM-, Web-, App- und Backend-Systemen
  • Implementierung von Streaming- und Batch-Datenpipelines
  • Aufbau des Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP) inkl. Identity-Stitching

    • Consent, Tracking & Qualifizierung

  • Umsetzung von Consent-Handling, Privacy Policies & Data Governance
  • Konfiguration von WebSDK/Edge, Event Forwarding & Tracking-Setups
  • Datenvalidierung, Debugging & laufende Quality Checks

    • Audience Activation & Journey Readiness
