Overview
An exciting opportunity in the Adult Social Care Mental Health Team for a full‑time post of 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based at The Gateway Blackpool Football Stadium with the Community Mental Health Team, providing opportunities to work closely with health colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for the Blackpool community.
Responsibilities
Provide support to people with mental health issues, promoting independence and choice in a strengths‑based approach. Work within the relevant legal frameworks such as the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act.
