What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will engage in informative and preventative conversations, conducting social work assessments and interventions while ensuring appropriate funding in accordance with the Reshaping North Lincs Policy. You will also be responsible for responding effectively to safeguarding enquiries, following the guidelines set by the Care Act and local policy and procedures.
