Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a passionate and skilled Adult Social Worker to join our Preparation for Adulthood team. This role focuses on supporting young people with disabilities or complex needs as they prepare for the transition to adult life. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate a smooth and successful transition.

In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate risks to vulnerable adults, including physical, emotional, and financial abuse.
