Nemours is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pathways Data Specialist to join our Nemours Children's Health team in either Jacksonville, Florida, Orlando, Florida or Wilmington, Delaware.
This is a Hybrid position.
The Transformation Office serves Nemours Children's Health by providing thought partnership, rigor, structure, and improvement using the Lean methodology. The Transformation Office is comprised of the System Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Strategic Measurement and Clinical Pathways departments. The Advanced Clinical Pathway Data Specialist serves as a liaison between our intelligence developers, data analysts, and clinical operations. This person must possess an in depth understanding of advanced clinical practice, clinical data, Epic and information systems, as well as experience applying the methodology of process improvement.
