Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – Community Mental Health Services

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale (SWR) services in our North Yorkshire locality. The post holder will work with the SWR community teams and support the wards at Cross Lane Hospital in Scarborough.
We are expanding our Medicines Optimisation services into community teams and primary care, in line with the NHS 10 Year Plan.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role.
Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
