Job Description

Drive IT operational efficiency as a Helpdesk & Systems Administrator. Provide advanced user support while managing systems and evolving IT infrastructure.
This role will merge helpdesk initiatives with core systems administration tasks. Responsibilities include overseeing Tier 2/Tier 3 support, managing ITSM ticketing, and maintaining Windows server environments. You will proactively resolve performance issues and implement security best practices across endpoints and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage escalated inquiries through Tier 2/Tier 3 support
• Own and design the ITSM ticketing system
• Install and configure Windows servers and VMware services
• Administer Active Directory and manage infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and address security vulnerabilities
Requirements:
• Over 5 years’ experience in IT support
