Job Description
Lead technology investigations and integration efforts to support strategic manufacturing initiatives. Develop and implement innovative solutions aimed at reducing costs, increasing production capacity, and driving strategic improvements. Collaborate with R&D, Controls, Operations, and Engineering teams to align and execute technology-driven projects. Serve as the manufacturing lead for automation and controls, including coordination with external vendors and partners. Design efficient and manufacturable processes that enhance product quality, safety, yield, and cost performance. Resolve complex manufacturing challenges using statistical tools, DOE, A3 methodology, and critical thinking. Provide technical leadership in robotics, industrial controls, interfaces, and AI applications across manufacturing systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
