Job Description
Primarily supports the Switchgear product line for the RAK, UAE manufacturing location as part of the EMEA Advanced Manufacturing Engineering organization. The role is responsible for supporting new product introduction and development, manufacturing readiness, process development, product transfers, tooling and fixture definition, standardization, and continuous improvement for Switchgear production. The position works closely with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Manufacturing Engineering to ensure new and existing Switchgear products are launched and supported with robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities- Support NPDI readiness for Switchgear products at the RAK site and ensure manufacturing deliverables are completed on time.
- Support prototype, pilot, and pre-production builds from a ME perspective.
