Summary The Albany VA Healthcare System has 1 vacancy for an Advanced Medical Support Assistant in the Clifton Park VA Clinic in Community Care. The incumbent is responsible for scheduling/coordinating appointments using advanced clinic access principles, collecting and updating demographic and insurance information, managing the Electronic Waiting List, notifies the Patient Centered Management Module Coordinator of panel changes, patient processing, and customer service.
