Knowles Electronics Philippines is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development, new product introduction, and manufacturing improvements in a high-volume production environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes while supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the introduction of new and redesigned products, including feasibility studies to improve product quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and standardize manufacturing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce overall costs
- Provide technical support through process analysis, documentation, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
