About the Role
Are you pro‑active, highly motivated, professional and friendly? Our Healthy Homes (Disrepair) team has an exciting opportunity for you as an Advanced Multi‑skilled Operative operating in our South region, based out of our Eastleigh office.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set. Ideally you will be proficient in plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, painting and some external trades such as roofing and brickwork.
Working as a great team player, you’ll carry out work and installations to Abri’s properties efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all work is in accordance with good building maintenance practice.
