Our CQC Outstanding rated Practice is looking torecruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and welcoming team. We have a strong track record of supporting staff development and offer all employees a comprehensive wellbeing offer.
Our ANP Team is essential to the delivery of our service, working closely with our GP's and wider clinical team to support our patients health needs. We utilise a Triage Hub model that supports patients to submit digital clinical requests, and this post holder will support this work by responding to on the day urgent clinical need.
