Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
The Role
Primary care is where advanced clinical skills make the greatest difference. You will assess, diagnose and treat patients at their first point of contact, delivering safe, evidence‑based care for individuals who may otherwise have difficulty accessing services. Based at the Hastings Primary Care Hub, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality care to unregistered patients as part of a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate with local partners such as the Seaview Project to support individuals experiencing homelessness or with complex health and social care needs.
As an Independent Prescriber, you will prescribe medications, manage clinical risk, and ensure treatment plans align with best practice.
