Overview
The post holder will be an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner working at a Master's level (Level 8), holding or working towards a recognised MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and associated digital credential/badge evidencing advanced practice capabilities. They will demonstrate highly developed clinical decision‑making, critical thinking, and autonomous practice within defined professional boundaries. The ANP will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with both acute and chronic conditions, ensuring safe, evidence‑based, and patient‑centred care. The role includes leadership, service development, and collaborative working across the multidisciplinary team to support high‑quality service delivery aligned with national policy and local priorities.
