Job Description
Working alongside our team of Allied Health Care Professionals, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics and a Physiotherapist (FCP). You will receive weekly debriefs and support from a dedicated GP Partner. The ANP will work autonomously within their professional scope, providing face‑to‑face care, telephone triage and home visits. Consultations will last 15‑20 minutes and you will work across the sites that are tailored to your location.
Main Duties of the Job
- Deliver safe, high‑quality care as part of a multidisciplinary team with GPs, ANPs and Paramedics.
- Carry out advanced clinical practice using expert skills and critical judgement.
- Provide care in line with NICE guidelines and evidence‑based practice.
- Triage and treat patients, perform specialist assessments and refer to secondary care when necessary.
