Job Description
The Croydon GP Hubs are in place to provide urgent, on-the-day care, for patients with minor illness or minor injury. We are staffed by a mix of General Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, who together provide a wide range of skills, abilities and experience. We are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
