The Regional Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute is seeking an **experienced** , full-time Advanced Practice Provider **(** APRN/PA/ CNS) for a position in western region advanced heart failure clinic with the possibility for inpatient rounding as well. Cardiology with advanced heart failure exposure is preferred.
***Nurse Practitioners should be Acute Care Certified or Adult, Adult/ Gero AND Acute Care Certified.**
**Schedule:** Days, option of 4-10s or 5-8s (7a-5p) currently No weekends or holidays expected for this role!
