Join a growing Limb Preservation multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a dedicated APP to work with complex vascular patients. Responsibilities with include:
+ Independent Clinic Management:
+ Manage a dedicated clinic for limb preservation, with a focus on inpatient-to-outpatient transitions. Clinic tasks include scheduling, patient follow-ups, and interdisciplinary communication.
+ Educate patients and families on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation.
+ Surgical Assistance:
+ Assist in surgical procedures with podiatrists
+ Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
+ Research and Quality Improvement:
