🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform retrievals and conventional insemination procedures
- Handle dish preparation and fertilization culture preparation
- Perform semen analysis and sperm preparation for IUI & ICSI
- Independently manage ICSI and IVF cases
- Perform oocyte searching, grading, denudation, and embryo grading
- Monitor embryo development and blastocyst culture
