In terms of Sections 76 and 77 of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (PFMA) and applicable Treasury Regulations, the Pan South African Language Board (Pan SALB) invites nominations of suitably qualified and experienced persons to serve as independent members of its Audit and Risk Committee.

Role of the Committee

The Audit and Risk Committee is an independent advisory body that provides oversight on the financial reporting and internal controls, risk management and governance processes, compliance with legislation and regulations, internal and external audit functions.

Requirements for Nominees Be South African citizens with no conflicts of interest.
