Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate the production of presentations for advisors, clients and plan members, in collaboration with various partners (business development and operations sectors)
- Work with communications writers and project managers to develop visual brand messaging for plan members, brokers/consultants and clients
- Apply accessibility guidelines to communications and brochures
- Compile and integrate the comments of various collaborators and perform quality control on the final communication/presentation
- Prioritize, plan and coordinate the various presentations and communications projects
- Make sure the mandate parameters are understood and that deadlines are always met
- Demonstrate creativity in applying corporate graphic standards
