We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor I to join our team in a trilingual Customer experience role (English, Portuguese, and Spanish). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer assistance, help identify customer needs, and guide them toward relevant certifications and solutions while delivering basic technical support.
Qualifications
- English: B2 level (required)
- Portuguese: A1,B1+ level (required)
- Spanish proficiency required for internal communication
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or customer support roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
