- Focus areas include discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange‑traded funds, and structured products.
- Handle special information requests from clients and promote and sell specialized products and services in accordance with the unit’s business objectives and strategies.
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.
- Analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers.
