Advisory Assistant – Make a Real Difference Every Day

As an Advisory Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young learners to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Working alongside experienced advisors, you’ll help create a safe, structured and engaging environment where learners can thrive, build confidence, and take positive steps forward in their education journey.
This role is part of Fedcap UK’s Education practice area and you will be working for BP Learning UK Ltd.
Role Details
+ Salary: Term-time working with salary paid at £21,193
+ Location: On-site, Doncaster (DN12 4EE)
+ Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
+ Annual Leave: Up to 13 weeks off per year aligned with school holidays
+ Contract: KS3 Permanent role
